Not bad, such a ticket system. I wonder why a ticket is closed without any explanation. At least a small explanation would not be bad, this and that we have solved.

When I try to create a ticket, I only get the following error:
"We are sorry. You have been restricted from accessing this helpdesk page."

Moderating every forum post doesn't help much with the lively discussion. Maybe it would be an idea to check only the 1st post of a user. From that you can already see if it is a troll. It is worth a try. :)
