It happened again after one year. My wife left home for some hours and returned with an empty battery of her iphone, which disabled the tedee app to unlock the door (open the door with a key). While recharging the iphone my wife used the iphone to make a phone call. Suddenly you could hear the tedee lock working and opening and unlatching the door. Good luck the room doors were open, otherwice you find the flat being empty in the morning.
Is there a way to stop the door opening process, when the iphone was out of order while you entered your home area.
