I am running into the same issue. My router is a Zyxel EX5601-T1 and it doesn't show up on the list of Networks when trying to set up the Tedee Bridge. All other networks in my area (from the neighbors) do show up.
So far i've tried:
On the app:
-Manually entering the SSID and password
On the router:
-Turning off WPS
-Lowering the RTS theshold to 500
-Changing the encryption from WPA3-SAE to WPA2-PSK
So far nothing has solved the issue.
